Hospital technicians earn ~5,500 PLN net monthly while doctors earn millions

Medical equipment technicians, electricians, plumbers and maintenance workers in Polish hospitals earn an average of around 5,500 PLN net per month, far below doctors' multi-million-zloty contracts. Despite their critical role in hospital operations, their pay remains very low. Experts warn of potential consequences of this disparity for the healthcare system.
