Ukraine proposes mutual halt to civilian ship attacks in the Black Sea

Ukraine has proposed to Russia a mutual halt to attacks on civilian ships in the Black Sea, Reuters reported. The offer was conveyed via a third party, and Moscow has yet to respond. Both sides have warned that disruption to exports through the waterway risks pushing up global food prices.
