Poland says it foiled Russian plot to assassinate an American citizen

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that Poland has thwarted a Russian plot to kill an American citizen on Polish soil. The suspect was allegedly recruited by Russia's secret services. Poland has been one of several NATO countries dealing with Russian intelligence operations and sabotage attempts.
