Bryl and Łosiak out of European Championship — Germany ends Poland's medal hopes

Michał Bryl and Bartosz Łosiak lost 0–2 to Germany's Sangstetter/Winter in the first round of the knockout phase at the European Beach Volleyball Championship in Stare Jabłonki. The German pair had previously also eliminated another Polish duo, ending all Polish medal hopes. The decisive matches will be held from Friday to Sunday.
