Russian Nobel laureate Muratow: nobody knows what is going on in Putin's mind

Russian independent journalist and Nobel laureate Dmitry Muratov told the BBC that Putin's actions in Ukraine will never amount to a "victory". He admitted that nobody — including himself — knows what is going on in the Russian president's mind. Muratov also noted that the need to use nuclear weapons has been mentioned more than 500 times since the start of this year in Russian discourse.
