Italian volleyball player Loveth Omoruyi suffered a ligament tear during the Italy–Ukraine match at the Agata Mróz-Olszewska Memorial tournament in Koszalin, Poland. The diagnosis rules her out of the 2026 European Championship. The injury occurred during play and looked serious from the outset.
