Tusk on flood aid fraud: I'm responsible for catching offenders, not for their morality

Prime Minister Donald Tusk was asked at a press conference about his promise made two years ago that there would be no abuses in the distribution of flood relief funds. Tusk responded: "I am not responsible for ensuring that only saints live in Poland. I am responsible for ensuring that if anyone comes up with the idea of such abuses, the state will sooner or later catch and punish them."
