Polish services foil Russian-ordered assassination of US-Ukrainian citizen in Warsaw

Polish authorities arrested a Russian citizen on August 7 who was allegedly recruited to carry out an assassination of a US and Ukrainian dual national seen as a threat to Putin's regime. Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the foiled plot at a press conference on Thursday, thanking US intelligence services for their cooperation.
