Nawrocki signs OKI law: investments up to 100,000 zł exempt from capital gains tax

President Karol Nawrocki has signed the Personal Investment Accounts (OKI) act of 3 July. From next year, investment assets held in an OKI account will be exempt from the 19% capital gains tax (known as the Belka tax) up to 100,000 zł, while savings assets will be exempt up to 25,000 zł.
