Tusk confirms Maciej Berek as candidate for Constitutional Tribunal

Prime Minister Donald Tusk confirmed at a press conference that Maciej Berek will be put forward as a candidate for judge of the Constitutional Tribunal. Tusk described Berek as a committed public servant with no party affiliation, adding that his only "flaw" is having served as a minister in the coalition government. Berek previously headed the Government Legislation Centre.
