Poland's ABW arrests Russian agent sent to assassinate US-Ukrainian citizen in Warsaw

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that on 7 August Poland's ABW internal security agency and police arrested a Russian citizen recruited by Russian intelligence services. The man was tasked with carrying out an assassination in Warsaw targeting a dual US-Ukrainian national deemed inconvenient by the Putin regime. Tusk said the plot was foiled at the last moment.
