Toddler dies locked in car in Tennessee after parents left door open for delivery

A three-year-old boy died in Tennessee, USA, after becoming trapped in a car parked outside his home. Police say the child slipped out of the house unnoticed after his parents left the front door open when collecting a food delivery. The boy locked himself in the vehicle and was unable to get out.
