Flock CEO admits mistake after cops used surveillance tools to stalk ex-partners

Flock CEO Garrett Langley has issued a public mea culpa after reports emerged that police officers across the US were abusing the company's surveillance tools to stalk ex-romantic partners and others. Flock is now rolling out updates to address the misuse. Langley told The Verge he has changed his view on the company's responsibility for how law enforcement uses its technology.
