New ~24% PIT rate and ryczałt limits? Polish government weighs tax reform
The Polish government is considering introducing a third PIT income tax rate of around 24%, alongside the existing 12% and 32% bands, according to money.pl. The reform could also significantly restrict access to the lump-sum tax (ryczałt) settlement method. Some taxpayers stand to gain several hundred zlotys per year. Final decisions on the shape of the reform are expected by the end of August.
