From September, pensioners face lower earnings limits — ZUS may cut benefits above 6,463 PLN

From 1 September, earnings limits for some Polish pensioners and disability benefit recipients will fall. ZUS may reduce benefits once monthly gross income exceeds 6,463.20 PLN, and suspend them entirely above 12,003.10 PLN. The change is triggered by a drop in average wages, to which the limits are legally tied.
