Poland's NFZ to overhaul A&E and emergency ward funding from 2027

Poland's National Health Fund (NFZ) is planning to overhaul the way it finances hospital emergency departments (SOR) and admissions wards. The key changes are due to come into force on 1 January 2027. Detailed rules of the new funding model have not yet been made public.
