SK Hynix pours $720 billion into memory factories to meet AI demand

SK Hynix, the world's leading maker of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) used in AI chips, has unveiled a $720 billion plan to build out memory factories to meet surging AI demand. The massive expansion is centred in South Korea and was given an exclusive first look by Business Insider.
