Metaplanet launches BitBonds with $1.3 million private debt sale

Bitcoin treasury company Metaplanet has launched its inaugural BitBonds, offering unsecured bonds with an annual interest rate of up to 4.3% in a $1.3 million private placement. Investors are exposed to both Metaplanet's credit risk and the volatility of its bitcoin-linked balance sheet.
