Justice Minister Żurek to sue "neo-judges" for damages and rebuild Constitutional Court

Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek announced the preparation of the first regression lawsuits against so-called "neo-judges," who would be required to repay compensation previously paid out by the state. He also declared plans to form a fully and legally elected composition of the Constitutional Tribunal by autumn. The moves are part of efforts to restore the rule of law in Poland.
