Family of Gliwice farmer who destroyed road challenges his detention, but court blocked on technicality

The family of Józef M. — the farmer who destroyed an asphalt road in Gliwice — filed a complaint with the court on Wednesday challenging his pre-trial detention. However, according to "Fakt", the court is currently unable to examine the complaint due to a procedural technicality.
