Data of 19 million Poles leaked from MyDr — government points to human error

A cyberattack on the company MyDr resulted in the theft of over 2 terabytes of data on nearly 19 million Polish citizens, including medication and prescription records. Deputy Minister of Digitisation Michał Gramatyka says the breach may have started with human error. It is one of the largest medical data leaks in Polish history.
