Rybakina tops WTA Race ahead of Toronto final against Świątek

Elena Rybakina beat Coco Gauff 5:7, 6:2, 6:2 in the Toronto WTA 1000 semi-finals and will face Iga Świątek in the final. The Kazakh player has taken the lead in the WTA Race standings, overtaking the Roland Garros champion. A win in the final would bring her within just four points of WTA rankings leader Aryna Sabalenka.
