Congo's Ebola outbreak on pace to surpass deadliest in history, WHO warns

WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned on Wednesday that the ongoing Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo is on track to eclipse the deadly West African epidemic of 2014–2016, the worst in history. The pace of the current spread is being described as alarming.
