Spain installs floating barrier off Melilla to block migrants

A floating barrier has been installed off the coast of Melilla, Spain's enclave in North Africa, to prevent migrants from reaching the city. A similar solution was previously deployed near Ceuta following a mass influx of people from Morocco.
