Żurek: Constitutional Tribunal to rule in full legal composition by late autumn

Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek announced that the Constitutional Tribunal will begin ruling in its full, lawful composition by late autumn. Regression lawsuits against neo-judges are set to begin in August, while in November the European Court of Human Rights is to unfreeze around 1,100 cases against Poland. Żurek described Zbigniew Ziobra's departure abroad as operating under a "political umbrella."
