Ukraine: 35-year-old woman charged with torturing children in Shepetivka district village

A 35-year-old woman from a village in the Shepetivka district of Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine, has been charged with hooliganism, torturing children and involving minors in unlawful activities. The regional police have concluded their investigation and the indictment has been submitted to court.
