DGA and IATSE urge California AG to settle Paramount-Warner Bros. merger suit

The Directors Guild of America and IATSE wrote a letter to California Attorney General Rob Bonta urging him to settle his antitrust lawsuit over the proposed Paramount–Warner Bros. Discovery merger. The unions argue that prolonged legal uncertainty is damaging the entertainment industry. The letter was also addressed to Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison.
