Arteta says Arsenal want more signings but top targets are scarce

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta confirmed the club is actively pursuing further transfer signings ahead of the new season. However, he acknowledged that the pool of players capable of elevating the team to the next level is very small. Arsenal have already made signings but Arteta says more is needed.
