Trump sued over $100,000-a-month early access to Truth Social posts
The Intercept and the Freedom of the Press Foundation filed a lawsuit in the US district court for the Southern District of New York against Trump, two aides and the executive office of the president. The suit alleges corruption, claiming a subscription service charging up to $100,000 a month for early access to Trump's Truth Social posts amounts to selling privileged access to information generated in the president's official capacity.
