Paramount considers oversight body for CNN as part of Warner Bros. Discovery deal

Paramount Skydance, which is seeking to acquire CNN parent Warner Bros. Discovery, has considered creating an oversight body to monitor CNN's news reporting. The deal has stalled in federal court after 12 attorneys general raised antitrust concerns.
