Berek may head to EU court instead of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal
Minister Maciej Berek, a key figure in Donald Tusk's government, is most likely to be sent to Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, but alternative postings — including the EU Court of Justice and the European Court of Auditors — are being considered. Berek reportedly sounded out the presidential palace about a TK nomination, though possibly not for himself. The government is anxious about how President Karol Nawrocki will respond to any final decision.
