Over 40 dead as overcrowded ferry capsizes on Lake Kariba in Zimbabwe
A ferry carrying far more passengers than its capacity allowed capsized on Zimbabwe's Lake Kariba after being struck by strong waves. At least 40 people are dead, dozens have been rescued, and search operations are ongoing for an unknown number of missing.
