Kremlin reportedly pre-set results of sham elections on occupied Ukrainian territories

According to Andriy Kovalenko of Ukraine's Centre for Countering Disinformation, the Kremlin has pre-determined the expected results of September's State Duma elections on illegally occupied Ukrainian territories. Putin's administration reportedly expects at least 70% support for the United Russia party. Elections held on these territories are widely considered illegitimate.
