Fugitive Romanowski hiding in Transnistria's Tiraspol — territory controlled by Russia

A court has confirmed that Marcin Romanowski, who is evading Polish justice, is in Tiraspol in Transnistria — a breakaway part of Moldova controlled by Russia. Former ABW chief Paweł Wojtunik, who lived there for eight years, says: "Nobody enters without the KGB's approval." His extradition to Poland is effectively impossible without Russian intelligence consent.
