Cadillac F1 replaces Lowdon with Budkowski as Team Principal

Cadillac's Formula 1 team has decided to replace Graeme Lowdon as Team Principal. Former Alpine Executive Director Marcin Budkowski will take over the role. The change is aimed at strengthening the management structure of the US outfit.
