Tusk ally set to join Constitutional Tribunal — bar chief questions independence

According to Onet, Maciej Berek — a long-serving official and minister in Donald Tusk's government — is set to become a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, just one day after resigning from his government post. Bar Association president Przemysław Rosati questioned whether someone so recently a minister can maintain independence from the Tusk government.
