Marcin Budkowski appointed head of Cadillac's Formula 1 team

Polish motorsport executive Marcin Budkowski has been appointed as the new head of Cadillac's Formula 1 team, replacing Britain's Graeme Lowdon with immediate effect. The leadership change comes as the newly formed team prepares for its debut in Formula 1. Cadillac is one of the latest entrants to the F1 grid.
