Switzerland and Austria to acquire Rheinmetall's Skyranger 30 air-defence system

During a visit by the Austrian and Swiss defence ministers to Rheinmetall Oerlikon's facilities, the target configuration of the Skyranger 30 air-defence system for Austria was unveiled. Switzerland also intends to acquire the system. The Skyranger 30 is a mobile 30 mm anti-aircraft cannon designed to counter drones and helicopters.
