Eli Lilly is suing pharmacies and peptide vendors that sell compounded versions of retatrutide, its next-generation weight-loss drug that has not yet been approved by the FDA. Some Americans have been obtaining the preparations through medical spas and wellness pharmacies. Eli Lilly argues that unauthorised copies pose a risk to patient safety.
