Spotify to label AI-generated artists and drop them from recommendations from mid-September

Starting mid-September, Spotify will add labels to artists identified as AI-generated, making it clear to listeners that the music is not made by a human. AI-labelled artists will also be removed from the platform's recommendation algorithms. The move is designed to help users distinguish between human and AI creators when browsing music.
