Data of 19 million Poles leaked from MyDr — minister confirms cyberattack

Poland's Minister of Digitisation Krzysztof Gawkowski confirmed that a cyberattack on the company MyDr resulted in a data breach affecting nearly 19 million Polish citizens, including sensitive medical records such as prescriptions. He noted, however, that not all leaked PESEL numbers can be linked to medical data. Gawkowski described it as an extraordinary incident and the largest of its kind in Poland's history.
