Facebook ads now so hard to block that uBlock Origin has given up filtering them

Facebook has implemented ad-serving techniques so effective at evading ad blockers that uBlock Origin, one of the most widely used browser extensions, has stopped attempting to filter them. The developers concluded that keeping up with Facebook's methods was no longer feasible. Users relying on uBlock Origin will now see Facebook ads unblocked.
