German MP wants intelligence service BND authorised to launch cyberattacks in Russia

Marc Henrichmann, chair of the German parliament's intelligence oversight committee, wants the BND foreign intelligence service to be authorised to carry out cyberattacks inside Russia. He argues this is necessary to neutralise drones before they can take off. "The best drone is one that never takes off," he told WELT TV.
