Climate and Environment Minister Paulina Hennig-Kloska responded to an investigative report by "Superwizjer" exposing Elemental Holding for fake recycling of waste. She declared that the company broke the law and that every available means must be used to fight such practices. She revealed that the firm had been inspected 11 times by authorities.
