Inglot changes hands: Luxembourg fund acquires 51% stake

Poland's competition watchdog UOKiK has approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Polish cosmetics brand Inglot by Luxembourg-based Avallon MBO Fund IV. Despite the ownership change, the Inglot family will retain responsibility for day-to-day management of the company. Inglot is one of Poland's largest cosmetics brands with an international presence.
