Romanowski applies for safe-conduct guarantee — parcel sent from Tyraspol in Transnistria

The Warsaw District Court has received an application from Marcin Romanowski for a safe-conduct guarantee, with the letter and envelope showing it was sent from Tyraspol in Transnistria, according to court spokeswoman Judge Anna Ptaszek. The filing confirms that the fugitive former deputy justice minister is on the territory of the pro-Russian enclave.
