Ukraine strikes Novorossiysk — air defences and port infrastructure hit

Ukraine struck Novorossiysk, the main base of Russia's Black Sea Fleet, hitting air defence positions and port infrastructure, President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed. The attack targeted one of Russia's most strategically important naval strongholds on the Black Sea. Zelensky announced the confirmed hits in a statement on Wednesday.
