ORP Wicher christened — first Miecznik-class frigate joins Polish Navy

President Karol Nawrocki described the Miecznik programme as a milestone in the modernisation of the Polish Navy at the christening ceremony of the frigate ORP Wicher. The vessel is the first of three frigates to be delivered to Poland's armed forces and is now heading to the Baltic Sea.
