Court convicts Kobyłka election commission for misattributing Trzaskowski votes to Nawrocki
The District Court in Wołomin conditionally discontinued criminal proceedings against nine members of Electoral Commission No. 12 in Kobyłka. The commission had committed irregularities during the counting of votes in the second round of last year's presidential election — some votes cast for Rafał Trzaskowski were incorrectly attributed to Karol Nawrocki. A conditional discontinuation means guilt was established but no penalty was imposed.
