Prof. Michta: Poland must take the lead in Nordic-Baltic military structures

Professor Andrew Michta told Defence24 that Poland has every reason to lead the development of regional military structures in the Nordic-Baltic area. He noted that Germany has scale but lacks leadership drive, France is focused on expeditionary operations, and the British army has shrunk so much that rebuilding one division will take a decade.
